- Previous flatdeck and/or stepdeck experience
- Strong load securement skills — chains, binders, straps, and tarping
- Good safety record and acceptable driver's abstract
- Knowledge of Hours of Service and ELD requirements
- A dependable, professional attitude and commitment to safe, on-time deliveries
