Support internal users across Microsoft 365, Linux, VPN, and business applications as an IS Product Support Specialist II. Troubleshoot access and system issues.
This experienced support position provides Level 1 and Level 2 assistance for internal information systems and business applications. You will investigate incidents, manage access, support onboarding, maintain documentation, and communicate with technical and non-technical users. The work includes Windows and Linux administration, monitoring, and operational maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Troubleshoot applications, authentication, VPN, and connectivity
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
- Maintain incident records and knowledge-base documentation
- Coordinate incident resolution with teams and vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant support or operations experience
- Microsoft 365 support experience
- Comfort with Linux systems and command-line tools
- Understanding of permissions, authentication, and access management
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
