As an Agent Ops Lead, you will join the post-sales Deployments team and make Runbook's product work inside customer businesses. You will learn operational workflows, configure agents, and fine-tune them until they operate reliably. The work spans customer advising, process analysis, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex emails, spreadsheets, documents, and legacy software
- Use AI tooling to build reliable customer agents
- Build rapport and advise enterprise customers strategically
- Set performance standards and improve agent autonomy
- Own deployments from pilot through production launch
