Lead Tim Hortons restaurant technology deployments across Canada and the United States, applying project management and operational technology expertise. As Director, Restaurant Technology Deployments and Tech Operations, you will modernize restaurant and guest experiences through scalable technology delivery. The role covers point-of-sale systems, kiosks, networking, back-office systems, and IoT innovations. You will guide deployment strategy across new builds, retrofits, and strategic rollouts while partnering with Product, Engineering, Restaurant Operations, Tech Support, training, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Tim Hortons restaurant technology deployment strategy
- Oversee project managers and infrastructure subject matter experts
- Plan, pilot, and deploy new restaurant technologies
- Standardize scalable deployment processes and playbooks
