Lead infrastructure migration support for critical MAG operations through hybrid work, virtualization, middleware, and application testing expertise.
This senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist assignment supports SPDC Operations and Application teams during data centre migration. You will manage host and middleware configuration, virtualization, deployment, and migrated application environments. The work includes physical and virtual device migrations, new GDC cage support, integration testing, and post-migration validation. The assignment is provisionally hybrid, Monday to Friday, for 7.25 hours daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SPDC teams through data centre migration activities
- Assist physical and virtual device migrations
- Manage host, middleware, virtualization, and deployment environments
- Build and support the new GDC cage
- Test application accessibility after migration
Requirements:
- Eight or more years supporting enterprise infrastructure and applications
- Experience building servers and application environments
- Knowledge of migration, integration, connectivity, and testing methods
- Windows, Red Hat Linux, or CentOS experience
- WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Oracle, or PostgreSQL experience
