Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business and functional requirements elicitation and documentation
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, process models, use cases, and user stories
- Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Optimize workflows and lead process re-engineering initiatives
- Support Agile, Waterfall, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning
Requirements:
- Seven or more years as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong BPMN, UML, data flow, and process mapping expertise
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Lucidchart
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred
