Shape Oracle Siebel architecture for Ontario’s Digital Compliance Platform while using BPMN and enterprise architecture methods in a hybrid assignment. This Senior Business Architect supports the Environmental Compliance Hub of Ontario and its expansion across regulatory ministries. The work includes business and application architecture, stakeholder collaboration, governance, and compliance-focused digital services. You will help onboard ministry programs and develop licensing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate business and application architecture artefacts
- Create BPMN business processes using PowerDesigner
- Facilitate validation sessions and Enterprise Architecture meetings
- Lead privacy impact and threat risk assessment activities
- Support governance approvals and architecture alignment
Requirements:
- 10+ years as a Business Architect
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale COTS or SaaS solutions
- Oracle Siebel experience preferred
- Experience with business and application architecture artefacts
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bring senior business architecture expertise, Oracle Siebel experience, BPMN capability, and governance leadership to Ontario’s compliance platform.
