Rubicon Organics, Canada’s leader in premium, certified organic cannabis, seeks a Flower Room Supervisor at our Cascadia facility in Hope, BC. You will lead Flower Room Leads and cultivation staff to execute flowering operations from flip to harvest, ensuring safety, quality, and production schedules are met.
Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, you will coordinate daily labor, enforce SOPs, develop team members, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining plant health and room standards.
