This hands-on agricultural leader coordinates with Cultivation, Quality, and Maintenance teams. The position manages crop quality, production performance, resources, and compliant farm operations. Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily greenhouse harvesting and crop handling operations Develop schedules using crop maturity and workforce availability Direct cutting, collection, transfer, sorting, and initial handling Monitor yields, efficiency, crop quality, and schedule adherence Lead supervisors and coordinate cross-functional agricultural activities Requirements:
Five-plus years in agricultural or greenhouse operations Three-plus years leading people in agricultural environments Experience coordinating production schedules and workforce requirements Understanding of greenhouse production and crop handling procedures Proficiency with Excel, inventory systems, and reporting tools Bring greenhouse production, harvesting leadership, and crop quality expertise to Rubicon Organics’ regulated agricultural operations in Delta.
