As Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, you will coordinate programs and lead stakeholders across RTX, Raytheon, and local functions. Responsibilities include resolving audit findings, maintaining documentation, managing permits, completing training requirements, and ensuring regulatory conformance. The position requires disciplined follow-through. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies Resolve audit findings and track outstanding information Maintain EHS management system conformance and documentation Prepare required permits and maintain regulatory relationships Implement controls, mitigation strategies, and improvement programs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Three-plus years of relevant prior experience Knowledge of appropriate EHS regulatory requirements Professional EHS certification preferred Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities Use compliance expertise, documentation discipline, and EHS program management to strengthen Raytheon ELCAN’s Midland operations.
