As Product Control Specialist at Raytheon Canada, you will coordinate material requirements, production planning, and inventory activities. You will work with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support controlled material flow. The position requires production control or planning experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Just in Time practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate material requirements and coordinate approved material flow
- Create and pick kits for scheduled manufacturing release
- Develop cycle counting and inventory control techniques
- Review job orders and establish priorities and schedules
- Monitor material movement and potential production problems
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum two years in production control or planning
- Strong Microsoft suite skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP, JIT, and inventory management
- Ability to work onsite in Waterloo, Ontario
