RTCA seeks a Quality Manager for a complex CNC precision machining operation supporting commercial and defense aerospace programs. You will lead the quality function, inspection, CMM, and quality engineering while strengthening product conformance. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the AS9100-compliant quality management system
- Lead internal, customer, registrar, and regulatory audits
- Manage nonconforming material and Material Review Board activities
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Report quality metrics, risks, and priorities to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Five years aerospace or precision CNC quality experience
- Three years quality supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of AS9100, audits, MRB, and corrective action
- Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, specifications, and flowdowns
