RSM seeks a Cyber Strategy Advisory Manager to lead large-scale cybersecurity assessments, remediation programs, and technology-enabled implementations. You will combine cybersecurity advisory expertise with disciplined program leadership across strategy, governance, risk, cloud, identity, and data protection. The role serves as the day-to-day client leader while maintaining accountability for quality, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cybersecurity assessments, remediation programs, and implementations from mobilization through closeout
- Develop integrated plans spanning cyber strategy, governance, cloud, identity, and resilience
- Orchestrate RSM, client, vendor, and distributed delivery teams
- Manage scope, budgets, staffing, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate program status and technical matters to executive stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience leading large-scale assessments, transformations, or implementations
