The Payroll Analyst supports multi-country payroll activities across U.S. domestic, Canadian, international assignee, and shadow payrolls. This position requires attention to detail, analytical ability, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors. The role also supports payroll compliance and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile U.S., Canadian, and global payrolls
- Support international assignee and shadow payroll activities
- Manage allowances, hypothetical taxes, equalization, and gross ups
- Coordinate tax vendors, filings, reconciliations, and year-end reporting
- Maintain compliance with applicable payroll regulations
Requirements:
- Two to four years of payroll experience
- One to two years of full-cycle Workday experience
- Knowledge of wage, hour, and tax regulations
- Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
