You will lead multiple engagements involving capital markets transactions, business combinations, and transaction events. The work includes technical analysis, team leadership, client development, and collaboration across advisory, audit, tax, and deal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead concurrent capital markets accounting advisory engagements Advise clients on complex transaction accounting and reporting Review technical analyses, position papers, and deliverables Manage engagement economics, staffing, and resource deployment Develop managers and senior team members Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent At least nine years of experience Advanced U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards knowledge Experience leading complex engagements and managing teams CPA or equivalent certification preferred Apply capital markets accounting, technical reporting, and team leadership expertise as an Accounting Advisory Director at RSM.
