Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, high-quality client service during audits
- Develop an understanding of client business needs
- Train and supervise Audit Associates on engagements
- Anticipate client concerns and address issues proactively
- Prepare board communications and related client deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license or progress toward licensure
- 2–3 years of assurance experience in public accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and auditing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
