Royality Pizza & Chicken Ltd. is looking for one full-time Cook who could join immediately. The following are the requirements for the job.
Location: 999 Hillside Avenue, Suite A, Victoria, BC V8T 1Z9
Position: Cook
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Wage: $21.28 per hour
Work hours: 30 hrs per week
Position Available: 1 (One)
Job duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Read food order slips.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
- Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
- Clean kitchen and work area throughout the shift.
- Order and take delivery of supplies.
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
Skill Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
