Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit group business through sales calls, visits, shows, and networking
- Manage inquiries, proposals, contracts, and client follow-up
- Negotiate rates, inclusions, blackout dates, and room blocks
- Monitor group production, pickup, and booking pace
- Prepare monthly production reports and process commissions
Requirements:
- At least three years as a Sales Manager
- Experience managing group business in luxury hospitality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, and hospitality systems knowledge
- Fluent English and legal eligibility to work in Canada
