The role includes supervising staff, coordinating care, communicating with families and healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate clinical records. Full time, part time, and casual schedules are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess initial and ongoing resident health status
- Participate in resident care and service delivery
- Supervise staff and support performance evaluation
- Communicate pertinent information to team members
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
Requirements:
- Valid Nova Scotia Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
