Rootly is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer focused on datastores to ensure high performance and reliability of PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis. You’ll fix locking, pooling, and slow queries, and raise the team’s depth through pairing, reviews, and runbooks rather than owning datastores alone.
You’ll collaborate with platform leadership and product engineers to shape how features store and query data, participate in on-call rotations, and help raise the overall reliability of Rootly’s
