Serve Roofmart customers through inside sales, warehouse organization, and lift truck operations while supporting product movement at the branch.
As an Inside Sales / Shipper and Receiver, you will welcome customers in-store and by phone. You will complete sales transactions, purchasing, and daily banking reconciliation reports. The position combines customer service with picking, preparing, loading, receiving, and storing roofing and building supply products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers' first point of contact in-store and by phone
- Complete sales transactions, purchasing, and banking reconciliation reports
- Pick, prepare, and load products onto trucks
- Offload and store deliveries safely at the branch
- Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- College diploma or three years of warehouse and forklift experience
- Three years of retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
- Ability to lift, push, and carry 80–100 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift license considered an asset; training available
- Authorization to work in Canada
