Your success will be measured by improved retention, the establishment of meaningful connections, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires
- Facilitate peer mentoring and inter-divisional connections
- Manage a 12-month culture calendar across all locations
- Lead employee community involvement initiatives
- Implement recognition and milestone programs effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum seven years in employee experience or HR
- Proven success in engagement and retention initiatives
- Experience with onboarding and recognition programs
- Strong event planning capabilities in multiple cities
- Post-secondary education in HR or related fields
