Graham is recruiting a Project Coordinator for its Industrial Division, supporting medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator supports pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. The work spans coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update project schedules, budgets, and cost control information
- Monitor labour, materials, and equipment throughout project phases
- Maintain drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders
- Record meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports
- Monitor safety plans, quality plans, KPIs, and NCRs
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or degree in a related field
- Engineering, architecture, or construction management education
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project software
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
- Minimum four years in general contracting
