This regular, full-time daytime position supports wireless and wireline operations across Western Canada. You will manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor accounts, and Accounts Payable inquiries while coordinating with Procurement, Finance, and operational teams. SharePoint and Microsoft Office support tracking, reporting, and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders and process receiving and invoices
- Investigate payment issues and follow up on delays
- Manage vendor applications, updates, approvals, and accounts
- Develop Oracle training materials and employee job aids
- Action support requests within established service timelines
Requirements:
- Purchasing, invoicing, Accounts Payable, or vendor management experience
- Oracle or similar ERP and procurement system experience
- Strong organisation, coordination, and attention to detail
- SharePoint and Microsoft Office tracking experience
- Ability to manage priorities and resolve discrepancies independently
