Rogers Wireless is seeking collaborative, digital-first team members committed to keeping Canadians connected. As Canada's market leader, Rogers Wireless offers a range of specialized plans, products, and services through its three wireless brands: Rogers, Fido, and chatr. We are proudly paving the way for the future of wireless innovation on the country's largest and most reliable 5G network.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Insourcing (Level 6) to join the Wireless Acquisition team and help deliver acquisition offers and campaigns across Rogers Consumer and RPP. This role will combine performance management, offer execution, campaign operations, quality assurance, channel readiness, and cross-functional coordination to support recurring plans as well as incremental launches and gap-close activity.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused marketer who can manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams with strong attention to detail. They are comfortable translating performance insights into action, coordinating across Marketing, Pricing, Brand, CRM, Digital, Finance, and channel partners, and maintaining disciplined governance from intake through launch and post-launch measurement.
What you’ll do:
- Manage offer tracking and measurement, maintain action logs, and proactively escape offer performance gaps, delivery risks, and required interventions.
- Lead campaign intake and setup activities, including campaign information forms, scope consolidation, audience and version requirements, timelines, approvals, and launch-readiness checklists.
- Coordinate brand briefs and execution requirements for email, SMS, MMS, push, and other customer communications across planned and incremental campaigns.
- Own end-to-end QA and testing of CRM diagrams, proofs, copy, offers, counts, regional and line-count versions, links, timing, and deployment readiness.
- Prepare and coordinate channel-readiness materials, including Offer Central updates, eblasts, channel grids, pricing-chart validations, GTMex inputs, and launch communications.
- Support quarterly campaign planning and delivery, ensuring dependencies are identified early and work is completed with appropriate quality, speed, and governance.
- Manage incremental launches, RPP communication expansion, and urgent gap-close asks without compromising committed campaign deliverables.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, CRM, Digital, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, Sales, and channel teams to resolve issues and deliver cohesive customer and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, standardize documentation, strengthen controls, and improve campaign execution efficiency.
What you have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, business operations, product marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of offers, pricing, channels, customer communications, and performance levers; telecommunications experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns from intake and briefing through QA, launch, and post-launch measurement.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret performance data, size opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance, documentation, approvals, and execution governance.
- Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize recurring deliverables, quarterly peaks, and urgent incremental requests.
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions, influence without direct authority, and drive alignment under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise channel communications and executive-ready performance stories.
- A proactive, accountable working style with sound judgment, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting, CRM, campaign workflow, or analytics tools is an asset.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility, helping create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary & annual bonus.
- Competitive & flexible health and dental benefits, pension plan, RRSP, TFSA, and Stock matching programs.
- Discounts: Enjoy up to 50% off Rogers Services and Blue Jays Tickets, 25% off TSC items, and a 20% discount on all wireless accessories sold in Rogers stores.
- Paid time off for volunteering.
- Company matching contributions to charities you support.
- Self-driven career development programs.
- Rogers First: priority in applying to internal roles of interest.
- Wellness Programs: Employee & Family Assistance Program, Virtual Healthcare, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Low or no-cost fitness membership.
