Lead digital data analytics at Rogers in Toronto, using web and mobile performance insights to improve user experiences and buyflows. This is an onsite Corporate role. As Digital Data Analytics Manager, you will guide data-informed decisions across digital platforms. Analyze behavior, identify trends, and create insights supporting personalization and performance improvements. Collaborate with UX, product, marketing, development, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze behavior across websites, mobile apps, and internal applications Develop dashboards tracking engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction Support segmentation and targeted digital experiences Maintain accurate tagging, tracking, reports, and dashboards Apply emerging analytics tools and predictive methodologies Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing, or related field Three or more years of digital data analytics experience Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, and Firebase Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, SQL, and Python Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and presentation skills Bring digital analytics, dashboard development, and stakeholder communication expertise to Rogers’ Toronto-based digital and ecommerce team.
