Drive Rogers sales through face-to-face customer service, territory planning, and door-to-door prospecting across assigned MDU buildings in Brampton. Travel up to 100%.
As a Field Sales Specialist, you will sell Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Wireless products. Build relationships with property managers, leasing staff, and customers while strengthening Rogers brand presence. Use consultative selling, customer insights, Salesforce, and Excel to grow territory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop territory plans to increase penetration, share, and revenue
- Build relationships with MDU property management and leasing teams
- Execute marketing events and sales programs in MDU buildings
- Prospect door-to-door and generate new leads and customers
- Enter orders and achieve targets across Internet, TV, and Wireless
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills
- Consultative client servicing and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently within strategic plans
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for business use
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and judgment
