The Opportunity: RVS invites you to apply for a temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) Elementary Generalist (Grade 5) teaching position starting November 2, 2026 until January 29, 2027, at Nose Creek Elementary School. Nose Creek Elementary School is located in the City of Airdrie and serves students from grades K-5.
Pre-employment Requirements:
- Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education.
- New/Recent Graduates Only: In lieu of a reference letter please submit your final practicum report.
- External applicants must provide a professional letter of reference, attached to the job application, from their most recent supervisor, relevant to the job opportunity, written on company letterhead, signed and dated within the past 18 months.
- The successful candidate must submit a current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of the start of your employment.
