As HR Program Coordinator, you will support the Manager HR Programs across benefits, compensation, and special HR projects. Your work includes maintaining confidential records, coordinating program processes, and supporting accurate data management. The position requires regular collaboration with employees, HR Business Partners, Payroll, operations leaders, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer health, dental, life, disability, and retirement benefits
- Coordinate medical leave processes through return to work
- Maintain compensation matrices and job description documentation
- Support merit, bonus, and incentive program implementation
- Track HR projects, budgets, invoices, and vendor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum two years benefits administration or related HR experience
- Knowledge of benefits administration and compensation practices
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivots and V-Lookup
- Experience with HRIS systems; UKG preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred
