Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume recruitment for multiple client sites
- Post jobs and track candidate submissions effectively
- Review resumes and pre-screen candidates thoroughly
- Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews
- Source candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in high-volume recruitment
- Experience in hiring field survey technicians
- Proficient in recruitment software and tools
- Strong communication with operational leaders
- Familiar with SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
