Build Robinhood’s developer infrastructure in Toronto using Bazel, Kubernetes, and Go or Python. This hybrid role expects office attendance at least three days weekly. As a Senior Software Developer on the Developer Experience team, you will scale infrastructure supporting thousands of engineers. You will manage monorepo builds, remote build execution, and CI pipelines. Your work will improve onboarding and remote development workflows across Robinhood. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel Own the remote build execution cluster Scale reliable CI pipelines across thousands of daily builds Improve developer onboarding and time-to-first-commit Maintain remote development environments for engineering workflows Requirements:
Experience maintaining developer infrastructure or large-scale build systems Proficiency writing maintainable Go or Python code Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems Understanding of Kubernetes containerization and orchestration Strong problem-solving and developer productivity focus Apply senior software development expertise across Bazel, CI pipelines, Kubernetes, and developer workflows at Robinhood Toronto.
