PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Remain accountable for achieving and exceeding territory sales objectives.
  • Build a strategic territory plan that prioritizes the healthcare facilities and customer opportunities with the greatest growth potential.
  • Identify and develop new relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional decision-makers.
  • Introduce customers to innovative wound care solutions and build support for product utilization.
  • Expand existing business by identifying additional customer needs and opportunities for broader product adoption.
  • Build productive relationships with distributors and other stakeholders who can support territory growth.

  • Experience consistently achieving or surpassing assigned sales objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to territory management with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Proactive new-business mentality with the motivation to create opportunities rather than wait for them.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities with the confidence to develop account-specific approaches.
  • Competitive drive supported by a professional and relationship-oriented approach to selling.
