Lead manufacturing finance in Uxbridge, Ontario, with expertise in financial reporting, IFRS, and operational cost analysis. This is a full-time onsite opportunity.
As Finance Manager, you will oversee site-level accounting within an established manufacturing organization and publicly traded industrial group. The role partners with operations and corporate finance while guiding a small finance team. Responsibilities span close management, controls, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily accounting and financial reporting activities
- Own month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee ledgers, payables, receivables, payroll, and balance sheets
- Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, mix, and variances
- Partner with operations and corporate finance on decisions
Requirements:
- Progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong IFRS, controls, and management reporting knowledge
- Budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing margin analysis experience
- Experience leading or mentoring finance staff
- Strong Excel and ERP systems skills
