As Sales Planning and Strategy Manager, you will build three-year strategies and annual commercial plans for assigned Canadian business areas. You will coordinate sales inputs, customer planning cycles, promotional activity, and cross-functional decisions. The role partners with Demand Planning, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to support customer, volume, and execution plans. Key Responsibilities:
Build three-year strategies and annual commercial priorities Establish channel and go-to-market strategies Manage sales planning calendars and planning deliverables Reconcile sales inputs with forecasts and capacity Evaluate launches and commercial initiatives against objectives Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience Five to seven years of related work experience CPG or retail experience preferred Strategy, category management, or key account experience preferred Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills Bring sales planning, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination to Riverside’s Canadian retail grocery business.
