Responsibilities
- Own the 3- to 18-month supply plan in SAP IBP
- Identify constraints and service risks using SAP IBP tools
- Present capacity outlooks and key supply gaps monthly
- Convert supply plans into executable requirements in SAP S/4HANA
- Coach junior planners and promote standardized planning practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum five years of supply planning experience
- Proficient in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA systems
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
