Riva Recruiting is partnering with a leading global hedge fund that is expanding its derivatives operations team in Toronto. We're hiring at two levels: early-career and senior.
What you'll do
- Own the full OTC trade lifecycle: validation, affirmation, lifecycle events, settlement and reconciliation
- Cover rates, credit, equity derivatives, options and FX, plus whatever new products come next
- Manage same-day trade capture exceptions and position and cash breaks
- Help launch new products and funds
- Build workflows with automation in mind. Ideas are expected here, not just tolerated.
What you bring
- 2-5 years for one role, or 5-13 years for the other, in OTC derivatives middle or back office
- Experience on industry affirmation and matching platforms
- Strong Excel. Python, VBA or Power BI is a real plus.
- Comfort with the calculations behind the products you cover

Comp: Up to $200K USD base + bonus, depending on level
