Lead AI-powered product engineering at Riva through hands-on coding, architecture, and agentic development workflows. This Edmonton-based role guides a growing team. As Engineering Team Lead, you will guide development for Riva’s meeting intelligence product. You will spend approximately 60–70% of your time coding, designing systems, and shaping architecture. The role also includes coaching engineers, strengthening delivery processes, and communicating technical decisions. Your work supports CRM-ready insights from conversations between relationship managers and clients. Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain full-stack product capabilities Own architecture and reliable workflows for AI-powered SaaS Expand agentic AI workflows across development and delivery Partner with Product on backlog, sprints, and rollouts Coach engineers and support team growth Requirements:
Proven experience leading a software engineering team Strong full-stack engineering and system design experience Experience developing customer-facing AI-enabled products Knowledge of C#, .NET 10, TypeScript, and REST APIs Experience with Agile practices, CI/CD, and testing Bring hands-on engineering leadership, AI product experience, and architecture expertise to Riva’s growing Edmonton team.
