The Senior Seller Experience Specialist manages post-contract seller relationships across an assigned market. You lead onboarding, remain the primary contact, and use data to anticipate friction and growth signals. The work supports sellers across RB Global's marketplace brands, including Ritchie Bros. and IAA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding calls, expectation-setting, and initial seller goal conversations
- Serve as the seller's lifecycle point of contact
- Deliver market briefs and experience updates to sales leadership
- Run quarterly reviews using Seller Health Score and Salesforce data
- Own escalations and communicate friction insights to internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- 5–7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience owning accounts or a defined market end-to-end
- Salesforce fluency or equivalent customer success tooling
- Ability to travel 20–30% for visits and meetings
