You will facilitate successful onboarding processes, tailoring implementations to meet diverse client requirements. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth transitions and effective training, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients
- Address client inquiries and provide technical support
- Tailor platform configurations to specific business needs
- Partner with teams to resolve implementation issues
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation for clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Client Onboarding or SaaS support roles
- Strong relationship-building and technical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools
- Understanding of training methodologies and change management
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
