Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver case management for individuals with mental health disorders
- Provide housing support services to at-risk clients
- Coordinate with supportive housing rent supplement units
- Assist clients in crisis planning and coping mechanism development
- Monitor client engagement with provided services
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Services or related field
- Three years in mental health and addictions support
- Current OCSWSSW registration or equivalent
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and ASIST
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
