As bioLytical's Order & Billing Administrator, you will work with Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Regulatory, Customer Support, and IT. The position combines sales order validation, invoicing, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and post-sales service. You will help ensure customer records and transactions remain accurate from order placement through collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with departments to process sales transactions accurately
- Create, validate, release, and invoice sales orders
- Process cash receipts and apply customer account entries
- Reconcile accounts, issue statements, and support collections
- Handle tracking, replacements, refunds, credits, and adjustments
Requirements:
- One to three years customer service or administrative sales experience
- One to three years accounts receivable experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and ERP experience
