Rio Tinto in Kitimat, BC, is seeking a Heavy‑Duty Equipment Technician to join our Mobile Maintenance team.
Inspect, repair and maintain a range of mobile equipment to keep the smelting site safe, reliable and efficient.
The role offers 12‑hour rotating shifts with alternating weekends in a large industrial setting.
You’ll mentor apprentices, document work clearly and uphold safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement and core values of care, courage and curiosity.
