As Brand Director, you will own an established beauty, personal care, or wellness brand end-to-end. Shape positioning, portfolio strategy, innovation, communication, launches, and performance across Amazon and brick-and-mortar retail. The role requires hands-on execution, analytical judgment, and cross-functional influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define brand vision, positioning, messaging, and long-term growth strategy
- Translate consumer and category insights into commercially viable priorities
- Lead innovation from concept through commercialization with cross-functional partners
- Manage portfolio additions, deletions, lifecycle decisions, and SKU optimization
- Direct launches across Amazon and mass, drug, grocery, and specialty retail
