Lead Rightsline’s AWS platform and Terraform delivery systems as a DevOps Manager in Toronto, using operational discipline to strengthen reliability. You will manage four infrastructure engineers while owning the cloud platform as a product. The work spans AWS accounts, CI/CD, Linux and Windows servers, and multi-region production. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Security and Compliance, and Support across North America and Europe. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and develop senior infrastructure engineers Own AWS accounts, networking, IAM, and service guardrails Drive Terraform standards, reviews, and state management Run CI/CD promotion and production approval processes Establish ownership, documentation, and operational accountability Requirements:
Seven-plus years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering Two-plus years managing DevOps or infrastructure teams Deep hands-on AWS and multi-region architecture experience Working fluency across Linux and Windows Server Terraform and production CI/CD ownership experience Bring AWS, Terraform, delivery pipeline, and infrastructure leadership expertise to Rightsline’s Toronto-based platform organization.
