RideCo seeks a skilled Salesforce Administrator for its Technical Services team. You will oversee Salesforce setup, configuration, development, and maintenance as a subject matter expert. The work supports cross-functional solutions, operational efficiency, and key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure internal and customer-facing Salesforce orgs
- Design and implement Salesforce flows
- Develop and maintain Experience Cloud sites
- Manage roles, permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups
- Deploy functionality after final acceptance testing with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Technical undergraduate or college degree
- Two or more years configuring, supporting, or administering Salesforce
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Experience managing third-party integrations
- Availability for three in-office days and required client travel
