Our customers include over 120,000 manufacturers of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, storage and closets, residential and office furniture, residential and commercial woodworking, as well as hardware retailers including large renovation centers.
Our team consists of 3,200 people, with nearly half dedicated to sales and marketing and over 50% being Richelieu shareholders.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Understanding competitive landscape to supply and provide the right product, at the right place and the right price.
- Establishing, maintaining, and promoting a positive relationship with all suppliers to the segment, including price negotiations.
- Managing market pricing and developing promotional programs.
- Supporting, training, and assisting sales teams and stakeholders to increase their knowledge of the product lines.
- Sourcing and developing new products.
- Working with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and helping to execute.
- Managing all product-related data and information, keeping abreast of current market conditions for importing (tariffs, etc.).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager or Category Manager.
- Demonstrable proven track record in developing new products and successfully marketing them.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the Fenestration Industry as it relates to Window and Exterior Door Hardware.
- Some travel may be required.
