We are not a distributor, we are a trusted technical partner, and that distinction matters in everything we do.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support projects after they have been awarded, ensuring smooth execution from order through delivery and close-out.

This role focuses on coordinating equipment orders, managing timelines, supporting contractors, and ensuring all project documentation and communication is handled accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and Riada's internal team to manage multiple active projects.

Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a traditional construction site management role.

Instead, you will coordinate and manage the mechanical equipment scope, ensuring the right equipment is selected, delivered, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Client & Partner Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, engineers, and manufacturers
  • Provide clear and timely updates on project status, schedules, and delivery timelines
  • Lead coordination calls and support issue resolution

  • Identify and communicate risks related to budget, scope, or timing
  • Support change order identification and pricing in collaboration with the sales team
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing support
  • Evaluate project decisions with a strong financial lens, ensuring costs, changes, and risks are managed to protect margins and avoid unnecessary erosion of project profitability
  • Technical Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Support contractors during installation and commissioning phases
  • Provide product guidance and clarification as needed
  • Attend site visits when required to support project success
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Improve project management processes, tools, and workflows
  • Support development of standardized project tracking and reporting
