This temporary Estate Manager role oversees a private estate and residential property portfolio. You will coordinate staff, contractors, suppliers, and multiple projects simultaneously. The position also covers luxury short-term rentals in Mont-Tremblant and Bois-Français, including guest communications, bookings, readiness, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of a large private estate
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate household and maintenance staff
- Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Plan renovations, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and vendor follow-up
Requirements:
- Experience managing private estates or luxury residential properties
