Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medication assessments and reviews
- Administer necessary vaccinations and prescriptions
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to improve client experiences
- Utilize Kroll for efficient pharmacy operations
- Manage blister packing and methadone dispensing processes
Requirements:
- Valid pharmacy license for Ontario or another province
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience required
- Ability to travel between designated locations
- Availability for 1-2 days of work at Parliament Street
- Experience with addiction and mental health services an asset
