The Customer Business Development Coordinator supports key customer priorities across Revlon's retail partners. You will coordinate promotional programs, product listings, launches, customer requirements, and business reporting. The work connects customer needs, retail execution, and business performance through organized cross-functional follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate promotional programs, displays, timelines, submissions, and execution follow-up
- Manage new item listings, customer forms, and product information changes
- Monitor launch readiness, availability, delivery timing, and execution risks
- Organize POS, non-EDI, inventory, forecast, and competitive reporting
- Maintain trackers, calendars, deadlines, and business planning materials
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education and two years of related experience
- Strong organizational, prioritization, Excel, and data analysis skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
